Let’s get your family the rest that you deserve.

Leave the rest to me, and soon your sleepless nights will be no more!

Hi! I’m Sam Fyock.

I’m a Neonatal and Pediatric Physician Assistant. I live in Pittsburgh, PA with my husband and two kids.

I learned quickly in my career just how many parents struggle with their child’s sleep issues. It felt like almost every patient I saw had a sleep battle. Their parents were desperate for help and didn’t know where to start. I was giving advice daily for my patients and to friends who were struggling with their child’s sleep.

Leave the Rest to Me was born out of a passion to help families get the rest they deserve.

I'm Sam Fyock. I'm a pediatric and neonatal Physician Assistant. I provide sleep coaching to newborns, infants, in toddlers within Pittsburgh, PA and beyond.
